Mode Elle Model & International Supermodel Liisa Winkler landed an exclusive in the spring with the renowned fashion house, Balenciaga, and was also the muse for Balenciaga’s fall collection.
Look for Liisa in fall 2011 fashion magazines appearing in the campaign for Balenciaga which was shot with famed photographer Steven Meisel.
Liisa will also be appearing soon in an editorial for both Elle Canada & Quebec Elle which was shot last week in Montreal! Liisa was booked for this editorial by Liisa’s exclusive Canadian Agent, Audra Anderson of Mode Elle.
Liisa was discovered at the age of 15 by Mode Elle Owner/Agent Audra Anderson while she was back-to-school shopping with her mother & best friend. Although hesitant at first, Liisa was encouraged to enter Mode Elle’s Model Search where she placed as a finalist, but did not win. The following year, Liisa attended the Canadian Model & Talent Convention and the rest is history!
Liisa’s modelling career has taken her to locations such as Cape Town, Sydney, Bali, Paris, Milan & London to just name a few and has graced the runways & appeared in campaigns for other celebrated fashion houses such as Gucci, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Versace, Armani, BCBG, MaxMara & Valentino. Liisa is also a mainstay in fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Fashion & Flare.
